Prompt delivery warehouse of about 300 m2 where clients’ job orders are stored while awaiting to be worked

Our warehouse has in stock a complete range of pressed thermal plastic sheets from leading German producers; all material is certified and comes complete with a chemical analysis of each lot; as such it is possible to request its traceability during the order phase.

We offer a complete range of polyethylenes PE HMW (PE500) and UHMW (PE1000) of varying molecular density, virgin or regenerated reaching 9 million molecules including all special additives. We also stock POM (acetal resin), PP Polypropilene, PET, PVC, PTFE (teflon), PVDF, PA6 (nylon), PA6OIL, PA6MOS2, PA66, PEEK as well as transparent PC (lexan) and PMMA (plexiglass).


Production Management and Control

The receipt of orders takes place via the automatic procurement system IUNGO. The designing and programming of the systems is carried out by the Technical Office with the use of 4 CAD-CAM systems. In the workshop there are several totem touch screen on board machines where the advancement of the production phase is followed through barcode pistols; moreover, we utilise a matrix scheduler NICIM that enables us to monitor the work in process in realtime.
